工作職責:
- 維持咖啡調配區整齊清潔及確保飲品材料保持新鮮
- 管理材料存貨，確保具有足夠存貨供應
- 管理團隊
- 設計及推廣咖啡銷售計劃
- 對咖啡文化有濃厚知識，能向顧客介紹及推廣咖啡文化
- 市場策略，品牌推廣及發展計劃
- 管理分店
職位要求:
- 大學程度，有企業管理文憑優先考慮
- 具咖啡室管理經驗
- 具有酒店經驗者將獲優先考慮
- 具沖調飲品及材料知識
- 對產品質量有要求
- 積極主動﹑親切﹑及對工作有熱誠
- 有責任感及團隊精神
