Job Duties :

²   Report to Regional Manager and responsible for operations daily routine

²   Provide clerical work and administration support for Operation Team

²   Act as the first person for communication between regional manager and

       staff, and various departments in back office to ensure smooth daily operation

²   Preparation and distribution of promotional materials

²   Handling application and renewal of government license

²   Assist in set up operational procedures and goals so that staff are motivated

       to perform their duties and contribute to the team

²   Manage food production flow, review food quality and service standards and

       provide guidance, instructions to the team

²   Oversee the operation of POS system and IT support

²   Customer service and compliant handling

Requirements:

²   2 year working experience in retail/ F&B operations support, experience in

       multi store management will be an advantage

²   Candidate with less working experience or Fresh graduation in Hotel and

       Catering Management will be considered as F&B Admin Clerk

²   Energetic, organized and responsible personality 

²   Excellent communication and problem solving skills

²   Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English

²   Proficient in MS Office

²   Immediately available is highly preferred
