Responsibilities:

• Source and develop new hotel development opportunities for the company including hotel acquisition or construction.
• Identify potential markets and partners for the development.
• Build the professional network of contacts such as potential owners, investors, partners or brokers etc.
• Conduct market research, competitive assessment and feasibility study by different research activities.
• Evaluate the value and potential return on investment of the properties.
• Formulate the hotel development plan.
• Prepare investment strategy and proposals for senior executive’s consideration.
• Lead in contract negotiations.
• Works with internal teams to coordinate all phases of the development process.

Requirements:

• University degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
• At least 10 years work experience and 3 - 5 years relevant management experience in the hotel industry at senior executive level.
• Willingness to travel.
• Aggressive, hands-on, confident, engaging, team-player.
• Excellent negotiation & communication skills.
• Good analytical and presentation skills.
• Good ability to interface with external contacts.
• Excellent command of written and spoken in Chinese and English.
