We are seeking an experienced Bar Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing the daily running of our bar operations across our Group.  Our bars include beer bars and cocktail bars which serve a range of beverages and food items and operate throughout the day, seven days a week.

We require somebody who is highly organised and flexible in their approach to managing multi-site bars capable of anticipating potential situations that may develop. You will be responsible for managing your Bar Managers and their subordinates ensuring that they meet their daily operational duties for each unit. You will be responsible for supervising beverage and food purchases, staff attendance, outlet maintenance and ultimately sales target achievement.

The key to this role is to build a great team around you and therefore training and development of team members will be an essential part of this role.

You must have experience in craft beer, cocktails, spirits and wines due to the broad spectrum of drinks offered along with beverage costing knowledge. Food knowledge and food menu development would be an added advantage.
