Job Summary:

A member of the hotel development team base in Hong Kong responsible for supervising the e-commerce, front office and reservations team of an existing resort at Vanuatu.

Major Job Duties:

• assist management team on the project of reengineering the reservations and front office team

• monitor and supervise the daily operation of each shift of front office including daily closing and running audit on PMS

• supervise and follow the incoming emails to reservations and front office

• monitor the content and rates on different sales channels

• design and follow up different package and promotion for room sales

• handle the administration and PMS reports for management

• assist related work for the expansion of the resort

Job Requirements: 

• at least 5 years of hotel experience, preferable in reservations, sales and front office

• experience & knowledge on Ezee or other PMS system will be an advantage

• strong passion on e-commerce and frontline operation

• good command of written English and Chinese 

• a team player, energetic and flexible 

• this position is based in Hong Kong
