Job Description

We are seeking a Pizza Chef to join the team in our neighbourhood pizzeria/craft beer bar.

Our Kennedy Town venue is a dinner-focused pizzeria and features a small but interesting list of bites to complement our pizza-forward menu. We are part Hong Kong’s leading craft brewery, Young Master Ales with 6 other Craft Beer restaurants.

You will support the Head Chef in the kitchen operations, specifically working with the dough to make our pizzas.

We are known for our signature style of pizza featuring house-made, slow fermented dough with innovative toppings, along with a focused menu of elevated bar bites. The skills to maintain our standards, along with the ability to interact with guests and an interest in craft beers, will make and ideal candidate.

The role will require everything involved with leading the kitchen operations, including;

  • Support the Head Chef in the kitchen team operations.
  • Close management and production of our signature pizza dough.
  • Maintaining standards set by the Head Chef for kitchen output and general kitchen operations.
  • On-site kitchen organization.
  • Ordering and monitoring stock.

Prior experience in a pizzeria is a must

Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us excite Hong Kong.
