Responsibilities:

• Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your account
• Lead Account Executives and Production Supervisors to monitor the overall operations of re-heat food center and ensure the timely delivery to schools
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by achieving the total satisfactory
• Prepare business plan on inventory level and cost control to achieve sales target
• Develop new business account and/or identify areas of improvement with existing clients to meet targets
• Assist with client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business, Hospitality, Catering or related disciplines
• 5 years of relevant work experience in F&B or retail industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage a mass group of staff
• Proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability is preferred
