Reporting to the General Services Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for Park area  cleaning, supervising the cleaning services team and pest control contractors, managing recycling and maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the Park.

Requirements:

- Diploma/ Certificate or above in hospitality field
- With at least 7 years’ operational experience in service industry of which 4 years must be at supervisory level at cleaning and use of detergent experience
- Be a good team player, mature, self-motivated, responsible and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent Cantonese and good command in English and Putonghua
- Literacy in computer software application (MS Word, Excel & Graphics)
- Good customer service and high grooming standard
- Knowledge in design and computer production of temporary signage will be an advantage
- Required to work on Saturdays/ Sundays/ Public Holidays and willing to work outdoor
- Driving license is an advantage
- Less experience will be considered as General Services Supervisor
