Job Description

A major Data Center in Hong Kong is seeking a System Support / Data Center Support to join the Technical Support Team. Flexibility on work location:

Data Center Support /System Support - Permanent

Responsibilities:

Provide daily Data Center system support and administration
Monitor the data center facilities and network infrastructure
Implementation
Maintenance works

Requirements:

Diploma holder or above in computer, science or information technology
At least 2 years of technical support / support experience from data center environment or telecommunication.
Hands on knowledge in TCP/IP and network troubleshooting
Experience with hardware such as routers and switches
Fluency in Chinese and English
Willing to work on shift.
