Job Description:

• Provide IT and desktop support in daily operation, & other related issues
• Server & network infrastructure maintenance and backup
• Perform any other IT related assignments.
  
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer or related discipline
• 1-2 years relevant working experience in technical support role
• Solid support experience in all Windows platform such as WIN XP, WIN7, 2003/2008 Server
• Experience in database (MS SQL) management
• Experience in VM management
• Experience in Active Directory and network management
• Proficiency in Chinese and English communication skills
