We are currently seeking a 1^st and 2^nd level IT Service Engineer.  You will be involved in taking 1^st level support calls on a shared basis and providing face-to-face desktop support.  Supporting over 100 PC’s across the HK region, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic organisation and become a key member of our IT team.

• Professional / product qualifications or evidence of studying towards them, eg MCP, MCSE, CCNA
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows XP, Vista, Win7 & Win8, Win10, Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Outlook / Exchange, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, TrendMicro & Symmantec Antivirus
• Knowledge of Office 365 and Exchange Online
• Previous experience working in an IT helpdesk is beneficial
• Establish and maintain office network, computers and applications
• Must have the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is preferable
