Job Description

IT Support

Job Responsibilities:

To provide IT technical support and maintenance services including software, desktop, hardware, inventory list
To set up and deploy computers to employees
To perform system monitoring and performance checking

Job Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in I.T. related disciplines
Minimum 1 year of work experience
Good knowledge in help desk services
Good problem solving skill
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to communicate in Cantonese
Solid experience in Linux server and Active Directory environment are advantages
