Responsibilities:

• Manage a global cloud infra-structure network to provide day-to-day maintenance and support.
• Perform proactive monitoring and troubleshooting to assure network reliability.
• Execute immediate restorative actions according to procedures for any network or security incident to minimize service interruption to customers.
• Manage network tickets and handle infrastructure security requests, incidents or breaches day to day.
• As a subject matter expert on network and security issue, supports Network Operation Team and internal customers to provide technical solution and advice.
• Perform risk assessment and security vulnerability checking, identify risks in the network and advise improvement resolution.
• Precisely document all infrastructure related procedures.
• Perform shift duty on roster basis, mainly day and evening shifts.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years Network/Security Engineer background.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Cloud Infrastructure Engineer.
• Solid experience in supporting Cisco or Juniper routers & switches.
• In-depth hands-on knowledge of market leading ICT security products such as Radware, A10, F5 and Fortinet, etc.
• Preferably have vendor certification in professional level or expert level.
• Willing to work independently and ad-hoc request.
• Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
