Job Responsibilities

1. Project implementation and installation of e-payment network equipment.
2. Provide technical and operation support to customer.
3. Troubleshooting and maintenance service for network equipment.
4. Shift hot-line telephone support. 

Requirements :

1. Higher Diploma or above in IT or equivalent.
2. Knowledge in TCP/IP, SSL and Linux.
3. Knowledge in e-payment is preferable, but not must.
4. Able to handle incident independently, responsible and hard-working.
5. Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
6. Fresh graduates are welcome.
