Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Guide the team of IT support staff to solve the helpdesk issue from shops and office
- Coordinate with users to determine task priority and urgency
- Develop policies, procedures and documentation for peers and users
- Bring in new products and services that could improve the effectiveness and efficiency of help desk operation (such as IM, Enterprise Social Network, mobile app, etc.)
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Information System or other related discipline
- 5 years relateds experience in helpdesk and end user support
- Familiar with help desk policy, standards and procedures
- Excellent project management skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
