Responsibilities:

• Test and evaluate contemporary information technology product
• Responsible for plan, implement and maintain system for business solutions
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure the project requirement, implementation, project issues and change requests are carried out properly at timely basis
• Collect and consolidate project status, issue sign-off request and conduct post implementation review
• Prepare functional & technical documentation and relevant reports
• Coordinate with vendors for projects, maintenance and support
• Resolve I.T. incidents, provide guidance/solution to users queries and requests
• Perform I.T. department job duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Experience in working with Salesforce or SAP preferred;
• Experience in project lifecycle and direct interaction with end users
• Certification in SAP / Salesforce is added advantage
• Self-motivated team player, working independently with positive attitude, willing to work under pressure and overtime
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with conversational Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
