Ambros Soft Limited is looking for POS Support Technician
Job Description
- Support store opening projects
- Supervise with backend team to responsibility for technical support of POS System.
- Handle mix & match creation and amendment for menu changes
- Collect user requirements and feedback.
- Providing support and coaching to the team – sharing experience in POS areas, technical expertise and best practices.
- Coordinate with vendor, handle daily operation for I. T. Division.
- To support in-store system testing including POS and other operation systems, prepare test cases and validate results.
- Provide in-house user support, troubleshoot issues on all IT aspects including hardware, software.
- Provide user training of new systems and prepare document standard operating procedures
- To support in-store system testing including POS and other operation systems, prepare test cases and validate results.
- To prepare ad-hoc reports for analysis.
- To researching, evaluate and recommend equipment and software, as necessary, to meet the business and technical requirements.
- To monitor SLA for both network IT and external vendor by constant and effective communications with them.
- To assist in User Acceptance Test for POS and all in-store systems, and to ensure the provision of efficient and effective services to both internal and external users.
