IT Support Analyst (at the rank of IT Assistant) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 493997) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good university degree or a Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Audio Visual (AV) System Engineering or related disciplines, with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience. They should also be collaborative and team-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.

The appointee is expected to support the daily operation of the AV system and IT equipment for the Faculty at lecture theatres, meeting rooms, tutorial rooms, and classrooms, etc. He/She will also be responsible for various venue setup tasks.
