Duties

• Provide IT technical support to end-users, eg, outlook email client, file & print, end point protection, desktop application and mobile device
• Perform troubleshooting for the computer and networking including, WAN, Firewall, Routers, Switches and WIFI problem etc.
• Support software and hardware installation to users
• Help to increase users satisfaction by responding to service calls from staff

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience of system support in MS Windows 7 and 10 PC including, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
• Solid experience and knowledge in PC and Microsoft products support
• Possess good sense of responsibilities, independent work, strong problem-solving and good communication skills
