Responsibilities:

• Monitor Management Information System to facilitate a smooth operation for the user departments (Property Leasing & Asset Management)
• Act as a bridge bwtwwn user departments and IT department
• Understand Users Requirement and make recommendation to improve the work flow
• Manages and leads the employees in the Management Information System
• Acts as project leader to lead the system development team to develop and enhance Management Information System based on user requirements to ensure the Group can continuously improve its services to meet customers’ expectations
• Monitors and evaluates the performance of the Management Information System Department in performing daily system operation

Requirements:

• Degree or above in computer science, information system or other related fields
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in IT industry, with minimum 3 years in managerial level
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT project development and management industry
• Sound knowledge of infrastructure management, vendor management and project management
• Hands-on experience in application development and third party application integration
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and managerial skills
