Scope of Responsibilities

•          Reports to AV Engineer in clear, detailed and accurate communication.
•          Installs Networked AV, VC, BGM, Control Systems etc, as per project specifications.
•          Resolves technical issues on site relevant to the installation of AV equipment and integration with other services.
•          Provides first line service/maintenance support to all AV products specified for a project.
•          Provides testing and commissioning support for AV systems adhering to the relevant standards and codes of practice.
•          Keeps detailed records of all installation procedures and information relevant to the project.

Requirements

o    High School Certificate. Bachelor Degree in any Engineering field is an advantage.

o    Minimum 1 year experience working in the AV Systems industry.

o    Knowledge of AV installation procedures and the AV industry as a whole.

o    Computer literacy, especially MS Office.

o    Knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD is an advantage.

o    Must be able to communicate clearly in Chinese.

o    Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing are preferable.

o    Proactive response to all communications and site related issues.

o    Ability to work independently on site adhering to project deadlines.

o    Critical thinking and problem solving skills under pressure.

o    Ability to perform job tasks accurately, to identify and resolve errors.

o    Good communication and coordination skills.

o    Ability to work under pressure.
