Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing day-to-day PC support, handling user's request, coordinating and arranging technical support service activities
- Perform upgrades and deployments of software and hardware
- Provide ad hoc after hours standby for supporting retail shops
- Provide support for system upgrade and migration
- Experience on Win7 , Win8, Win10 and Mac system
Requirements:
- With 1-2 years' relevant office I. T. support experience
- Independent, self-motivated and good communication skills
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Familiar with Microsoft products
- F.5 or above
