Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support and helpdesk to end-users;
• System and network monitoring and troubleshooting;
• Manage system data backup, system security and user authorization configuration;
• Maintain website, internal systems and user application (e.g. HR, Finance, CRM…);
• Analyze and improve internal IT infrastructure;
• Responsible for IT projects or ad hoc tasks as require.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or above;
• 2 year of working experience in PC support, system administration and network management;
• Knowledge on CRM, EDM, HR System and FM System would be an advantage;
• Ability to solve problems independently and collaborate with different level of stakeholders.
