Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science / Business Administration / Procurement / Law or equivalent
• Preferable over 10 years’ working experience in IT Procurement
• At least 3 years in supervisory role for IT procurement team
• Good understanding of relevant procurement policies, procedures, practices and rules
• Basic accounting knowledge is preferred
• Experienced in working with outsourcing service providers and vendors
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
• Strong leadership skills and collaboration ability
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.
