Responsibilities:

• To build and manage a team of developers, designers, QA staffs on web and mobile application projects for all development activities
• To perform requirements gathering, design, development, test, and deployment for all phases of projects
• To manage customer requirements, expectations and drive milestones accordingly
• To prioritize resources among multiple concurrent projects with tight and changing deadlines
• To measure and monitor progress at clearly defined milestones in the process to ensure that the projects are delivered on time
• To provide Executive Management project status, and analysis of requirements that might impact strategic direction

Requirements: 

• Degree or above in Computer Sciences, IT or related discipline
• 8 years or above relevant experience in project management or team leadership
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or SCRUM project implementation equivalent experience
• Experience on Website/Mobile Game development would be an added advantage
• Set-motivated, well-organized and good interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Have a ‘Can-do’ attitude
