- Monitor and Control the IT services and IT infrastructure
- Perform 7 x 24 on-shift duty in data centre, including system batch job running, data restore and system backup, report printing and distribution
- Operate various kinds of computer equipment, perform housekeeping, security administration and control
- Perform hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting service
Requirements
- At least 2 years IT experience in operator is highly preferred
- Diploma or above in computer science
- Working experience in sizable data centre
- Strong communication skills in Cantonese, able to communicate Mandarin is advantage
- Shift duties is required
- Work location in Admiralty
