Our client is a very well-known company with over 1000 staffs in Hong Kong. Due to their expansion, they are now looking for IT Service Delivery Manager.

Based in Hong Kong report to the Associate Director, you will be responsible for lead a team to provide the service management on infrastructure and cloud. You will have to lead a team and manage external vendors, you will have to support cloud and O365 platform. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of Information Technology or any related discipline
• With at least 10 years of working experience, gained from sizable companies is a plus
• Able to lead and build a team, experience in service delivery management
• Knowledge of Cloud and O365 infrastructure 
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
