Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-house end user IT troubleshooting and support at the Wan Chai head office. and other offsite locations
- Windows server, computer hardware and software setup upgrade and maintenance
- Replacement of computers
- Network, firewall, VPN, antivirus, email support
- Printer support
- Network Security/Analysis
- Backup maintenance
- Handling of employee arrival and departure processes
- Escalating incidents to vendors for support
- Maintain infrastructure documentation
- Maintain IT software/hardware inventory and records
Qualifications
- Diploma holder or above in IT or related disciplines will be an advantage
- MCSE (including Exchange)/CCNA/CCNP/CCIE holder will be an advantage
Requirements:
- Experience of MS Server 2008/2012/2016, Active Directory, MS Windows (XP/ Vista/7/8/10), office 365, Windows desktop applications, such as MS Office
- Knowledge of MS-SQL is preferred
- Knowledge of backup systems
- Excellent communication skills and customer handling skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written Cantonese and English
