Responsibilities:

• Provide in-house end user IT troubleshooting and support at the Wan Chai head office. and other offsite locations
• Windows server, computer hardware and software setup upgrade and maintenance
• Replacement of computers
• Network, firewall, VPN, antivirus, email support
• Printer support
• Network Security/Analysis
• Backup maintenance
• Handling of employee arrival and departure processes
• Escalating incidents to vendors for support
• Maintain infrastructure documentation
• Maintain IT software/hardware inventory and records

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above in IT or related disciplines will be an advantage
• MCSE (including Exchange)/CCNA/CCNP/CCIE holder will be an advantage

Requirements:

• Experience of MS Server 2008/2012/2016, Active Directory, MS Windows (XP/ Vista/7/8/10), office 365, Windows desktop applications, such as MS Office
• Knowledge of MS-SQL is preferred
• Knowledge of backup systems
• Excellent communication skills and customer handling skills
• Fluency in both spoken and written Cantonese and English
