Responsibilities:

• Maintain and ensure server, application and computer room facility operation are adhered to company IT policy;
• Provide daily system administration, maintenance, configuration and installation on Unix & windows platform;
• Support IP based network architecture, interconnected system and equipment in WAN/ LAN environment;
• Lead the development and support team members in maintaining PRC plant's operation and delivering adequate solutions to business;
• Prepare IT proposal/ budget/ technical documentation and system specification;
• Support ERP/ Shop floor control manufacturing system in line with business;
• Liaise with internal users and external IT vendors on system implementation and enhancement;
• Support end-user in all aspects of IT services;
• Monitor and refine system performance to improve business application availability;
• To prepare operations manuals and provide training for the end users.

Requirements:

• University qualifications in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in electronic manufacturing/ EMS industry, with at least 2 years at managerial level;
• Knowledgeable in administering and maintaining network, email, Internet & database system (e.g. Exchange Server, MS SQL Server, Web Server & Router configuration, etc.);
• Knowledgeable in performance monitoring, tuning of server and database;
• Practical experience in Oracle EBS functional knowledge and customization is an advantage;
• With proven track record in supporting and developing manufacturing system;
• With project management skills;
• Independent with good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good interpersonal and team management skills, and ability to operate successfully at all levels of the organization;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin);
• Required to work in Shenzhen.
