The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of Corporate CRM strategy, data transformation and customer database management as well as loyalty platform/CMS operation.  He/ She will lead CRM data structure design; data integration across various BUs, database operation and digital/data analytics.  Further duties include collaboration with campaign and marcom team on campaign requirements/channel enhancements as well as supporting Web/App channel development and also assisting in management reporting/dashboard.

Requirements:

• Degree in Statistics, MIS, Computer Science and Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of experience in data analytics, database management, data warehouse, programming or MIS
• Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, CRM platforms and knowledge in Cloud solution
• Self-motivated and with good problem-solving skills
• Good in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong business acumen with good interpersonal and communication skills
