Job Duties & Responsibilities

 -   Web application system development and implementation

-   Provide technical project management functions, including project planning, task scheduling, control and monitoring of project execution and risk management;

-   Gathers detailed requirements to establish the project deliverables, and manages changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs to keep the project management plan updated and reflective of authorized project changes;

 -  Participate in whole Software Development Cycle, including user requirement, system / analysis and design, User Acceptance Test, user trainings, etc;

 -   Provide technical and consultative advice to users and handle user enquiries;

-   Ensure project risks & issues have appropriate mitigation plan and lead action owners to the closure stage;

 -   Manage both internal and external team members to ensure the project can be delivered on time;

 Requirements:

 -  Degree or above in computer science, information technology or related disciplines;

 - At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in (i) computer application maintenance, technical support in server installation, network architecture, database administration, system security;

 -  Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server/ mySQL

 - Proficient in ASP.Net / HTML / Java

 - Experience in web-based and mobile application development / implementation,database administration and data warehousing is an advantage.

 -  Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English;

 -  Self-motivated and able to work independently

 -  More experienced candidate will be considered as Senior System Analyst

 -  The appointee may need to work on customer site for specific project when required.
