Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
-
Supervise helpdesk support to meet the daily need of hospital operation
-
Perform helpdesk support including call handling, troubleshooting, follow-up action and coordination
-
Utilise remote administration tools to resolve issues on desktops, laptops, and printers
-
Ensuring proper documentation, notification, tracking, and follow up of all incidents
-
Provide IT solution through telephone and email on desktop hardware, mobile device, Microsoft Windows, Office and IT related issues

Shift duty is required
-
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Entry Requirements:
-
Bachelor Degree
-
At least 2 years’ experience in helpdesk support
-
Strong communication skill in Cantonese and English language
-
Good problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
-
Strong work ethic and willing to work hard

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows desktop environments is an advantage
