Key responsibilities: (including but not limited to)

• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies through online channels to achieve business goal
• Plan and carry out the marketing campaigns via digital platforms to strengthen the brand image and promotions
• Responsible for the management of our website and social media platforms, tracking conversion rates and performance
• Optimize SEM campaigns via Google, Facebook, Yahoo, etc.
• Perform data analysis regularly, including customers analysis to ensure that all marketing plans are in line with the business needs
• Monitor the development and progress of new website and bidding platform, coordinate project activities with different vendors
• Desk top copy-writing of promotion materials
• Assist in catalogue production and proof-reading
• Provide back-up and onsite support at previews and auction events

Requirements:  

• University graduate in E-commerce, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multi Media or equivalent with 1-3 years' working experience 
• Be resourceful, creative, able to handle multi-tasks and possess a proven ability to deliver quality work within tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and negotiation skills
• High initiative and willing to learn, strong multi-tasking ability and attentive to details
• Verbal and written fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Must be willing to perform ad hoc duties in the run up to and during auction periods; occasionally overtime during weekends
• Working experience in auction house or event management would be an added advantage.

Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm
