Our client is a famous retails group and currently seeking for a (Senior) IT Manager / Assistant Manager:

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the system development of the back-office system as well as online platform
• Understood business needs and requirements, steer development and delivery IT solution towards fulfilling the business objectives.
• Lead the team to manage and implement system development activities, and review deliverable regularly.
• Lead system integration projects, manage in-house IT Infrastructure including network, servers, mobile  devises and POS systems.
• Provide technical solution in the enterprise architecture design and implement
• Perform proof-of-concepts of technical solution
• Enforce global IT security framework to timely report and escalate technical and governance issues.
• Provide technical advises to facilitate planning and implementation of IT projects as necessary.
• Perform and ensure the quality of unit tests and system integration tests
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Computer Science or IT related subject
• 12 years or more experiences in IT experience, including 5 years in Retail / FMCG industry.
• Strong technical knowledge in IT Infrastructure and Cloud environment, with solid experience in managing of infrastructure project.
• Strong innovation  and technology knowledge to address security issues.
• PMP / ITIL / CISA / CISSP certificate is a plus.
• Mature, proactive, flexible and team oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Willing to learn new skills and improve skills
