Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the leadership team to develop and refine recommended solutions to resolve agile transformation and adoption issues.
- Manage project communication, change management and stakeholder engagement plans
- Develop and manage Project Management Plan (including scopes, timeline, resources, costs, risk and issues, inter-dependencies, assumptions etc.)
- Ensure all project costs are budgeted, forecasted, accrued and charged appropriately and on a timely basis
- Partnering with stakeholders to create and launch tactical implementation plans
- Articulating the organizational, process and technology components of candidate agile operating models to Marketing Services leadership and operational teams.
- Develop and coach project team members to meet deliverable in accordance to enterprise governance methodology
- Collaborate with internal, external and IT teams to manage and support integrations across systems
- Liaising with business and it teams to coordinate the delivery of projects
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Information Technology/System, or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in Digital Business Analyst / Insurance Business Analyst
- Knowledge/ Experience in Health Care projects would help
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities and the ability to lead and influence.
- Experience in user requirements gathering, functional document into technical specification
- Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Good understanding of project methodology, frameworks and best practice
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
