Nakama has partnered with a Global Luxury Brand in their search for HRIS Consultant to join their Hong Kong team. The HRIS Consultant will be responsible for the digitalization of the HR process and systems. This role will play an integral part of in the transformation of their systems, mindset and processes.

 The successful HRIS Consultant will come from a strong technical background and will not be afraid to get pull up their sleeves to ensure the digitalization program is a success. Having a passion for new trends and technologies will pay off in this highly innovative role, as you will be empowered to push the boundaries to deliver the correct solution to the firm.

Key Requirements

• Extensive technical background preferably in HRIS.
• Strong ability to influence team members and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to strong articulate change.
• Solution minded with strong technical understanding, engineering background advantageous.
• Fluent English is a must
