Job Description:

• Perform regular upgrade and update skill level for support team members
• Perform operation fault analysis and provide recommendations to improve performance of production systems
• Ensure all support team members  in a stable and effective environment 
• Provide 7 x 24 support in delivering technical support to meet with customer requirements and Services Level Agreement
• Manage and coordinate systems development activities, estimate resources requirements, devise project schedule
• Lead, coach, motivate and develop a high performing team, including training and career planning

Qualification:

• 4 years’ experience as IT leader
• Experience in application development, network & infrastructure, support, compliance and IT systems security
• Networking knowledge in LAN, WAN and IP Technologies
• Technical knowledge in supporting MS office, MS server, Active Directory, exchange email, firewall, software
• Knowledge in supporting IP phone, Video conference system, SharePoint is an advantage
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skill & leadership skills in leading project teams
