Our client, a Multinational Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position

Responsibilities:-

• Provide in-house advice on information technology related matters on electrical/ electronic issues
• Coordinate with vendors/ governmental body for maintenance, enhancement, projects & incidents
• Assist senior in feasibility study, investigation, analysis on matters relating to system, computer control & information & communications technology equipment & electronic equipment
• Assist supervisor(s) in handling incidents and providing prompt follow-up actions
• Assist supervisor(s) in reviewing and revising all relevant guidelines and procedures when required
• Conduct researches on electrical and electronic devices and IT products / services / solutions
• Prepare training materials and user manuals
• Coordinate with users in defining the function requirements and conduct UAT testing
• Conduct training to users
• Provide administrative and logistics support
• Provide technical advice and support to other newly developed or existing computer systems as and when required

Requirements:-

• Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree/ Bachelor Degree in IT related disciplines
• Good working experience in IT System administration; experience in electrical and electronics system management will be an advantage
• Experience in management of server equipment, database system, network equipment and system applications
• Prior experience in organizing UAT, user training on system applications and/or DR drill
• Experience in MS SQL Server, Network & System management, Windows Server 2008/2012 & system implementation
• Carry out duty outside office hour/ on- call support as required
• Less experienced can apply as System Engineer
