Job Responsibilities 職責:

• Organize and supervise whole development process for products
• Design & review all values in products, mainly games.
• Adjust and enhance game values based on operation situation.
• Responsible on all documentations drafting for gaming rules & regulations, related proposal & form.
• Responsible to monitor & follow-up development process, ensure products are finished on schedule.

Job Requirements 入職要求：

• 1 to 2 years experiences on game design, successful experience in launching project is a MUST.
• Familiar with gaming work-flow & all parts, knowledge in gaming rules / system / logic.
• Wide interests in gaming, rich gaming experiences.
• Familiar in current market of chess games.
• Excellent talent in product management & coordination, superb skills on communication & organization.
• Able to coordinate team resources, ensure products & project can run smoothly.
• Candidate with more experience will consider for the position of Game Design.
