Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all support or service call on a daily basis
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and computer services
• Perform system administration with knowledge in Windows AD, Office 365
  

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology/Computer Science or related discipline
  
• 2 years’ relevant hands-on corporate IT support experience
  
• Strong experience of PC, printers and mobile device technical support including hardware, software, and networking
  
• Customer-oriented, good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently as well as collaborate with the team
  
• Work in irregular working hours if required
