Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Working in System Operations Team, input and update client information into systems
- Report printing
- Prepare documents for corporate action including dividend, right subscription, etc.
- Documents scanning
- Arrange account creation and reset; and answer customer enquiries
- Support other tasks as assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- DSE or HKCEE; fresh graduates are welcome
- Some working experience in data management preferable
- Good computer knowledge
- Enjoy working in fast pace environment
- Detail-minded and good communication skills
- Conversant with software applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Shift any 9 hours between 08:00-18:30, Monday to Friday
