Responsibilities:

• Maintain high network availability and ensure all network equipment works properly
• Responsible for installation, administration, and maintenance on both network and system infrastructure environment
• Ensure smooth operations to meet the defined SLA and fulfilled compliance/security requirements
• Participate in network project implementation and infrastructure development
• Provide investigation, diagnostic testing and resolution for IT systems, hardware and software and propose and execute continuous improvements on existing operations
• Assist in conducting DR drill and BCP process
• Coordinate with vendors on technical support issues
• Prepare system documentation, operation manual and daily routing job document update for new business application

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Networking or related IT discipline
• At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in network implementation and operations and system infrastructure design
• A holder of professional certifications (CCNA / CCNP) is preferred
• Experience with VMWare, EMC and Cisco Network and Cloud projects is a plus
• Good knowledge on various vendor products such as Cisco, Juniper, F5 and Citrix
• Exposure to network monitoring and performance management tools (PRTG, Solarwinds, etc.)
• Self-motivated, positive attitude with high responsibility
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred
