Job Description
My client is a huge telecom conglomerate that is now hiring for several product owners and agile leads to help with their innovation and technology products for both B2C and B2B customers. The role will have full control of large virtual teams spanning across APAC.
Main responsibilities:
- To ensure that the team is running smoothly within a lean/agile environment
- Coach and lead agile ceremonies within large virtual teams
- Provide real time status updates on all projects
- Ensure goals and releases are structured and well defined
- To drive continuous improvement across all products
Requirements:
- Have a deep understanding of agile best practice
- Experience of running large scrums
- Ability to influence major stakeholders
- Fantastic communication skills in English
- Ability to make independent decisions with creativity and flair
