Therefore, there is now a need to hire a high calibre Technology Director with disruptive thinking to join them.

Job responsibilities

Reporting to the General Manager of Hong Kong office, you will be responsible for the full set of technical issues.

More specifically your responsibilities will be to:

• Consultant/Business Partner to provide strategic online marketing solutions and business optimization initiatives to clients
• Being the bridge between account servicing and project teams to translate clients’ business ideas & goals into project requirements
• Mentor of the team. Sharing industry knowledge, customer insight, market trends, research findings and set up the best practices with teams
• Manage internal teams & external contractors to ensure the resources are efficiently and effectively allocate and project delivered as schedule with good quality
• Resolve any critical or complicated technical issue which affect project delivery and quality.

As the company is small and have a service oriented and flexible approach your tasks will not be limited to the above.

Profile

You should be a qualified technology expert and with professional knowledge on web standards, various programming languages, technical platforms, frameworks & tools (incl. .NET, JavaScript, SQL, HTML5, etc.)

You should be technically sound, proven record in project management with good client satisfaction and results.

You should enjoy working in multi-cultural environment and possess good communication skills to influence key internal and external stakeholders.

You should also buy and live well the values of the firm.
