Requirements

• Degree or Associate in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 1-3 years relevant experience in IT technical and helpdesk support
• Familiar with MS Windows Server application and maintenance
• Previous experience in hardware/software support and networking
• Initiative, resourceful, energetic with good problem solving skills
• Good command of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle the configuration and IT operations including network and system support
• Provide support on installation, maintenance and technical problem solving for end-users
• Assist in monitoring the network connectivity and security control with internal parties
• Maintain the inventory of IT assets such as software, hardware and network equipment
