 1.   Analyst Programmer/Programmer (c# and Vb.Net) Three positions (17-22K)

Duties 

• To implement, develop and maintain document management systems and scanning services systems  

Requirement 

• High Diploma or Degree in IT related subjects
• 1+ years working experience in IT application development

2.   Systems Analyst / Senior Analyst Programmer (.NET)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing and implementation of web applications in .NET, SharePoint and Workflow systems
• Lead and manage a small development team
• Participate in the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for successful project delivery
• Performing system design, development, testing and software release.
• Providing support during system assurance test and user acceptance test.

 Requirements:

• Degree or above in Computer Science or Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ solid experience in system design and application development of web applications, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as system analyst
• Hands-on experience in MS SQL

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines

• Candidates with higher qualification and more experience will be considered as Senior Systems Analyst

5.  Oracle Database Administrator

Duty

• Provide in-house DBA functions for dataware house 
• Work with application teams, system teams to provide a good quality of database design and implementation
• Provide a high quality of standard in DBA functions such as on-site and off-site contingency.

Requirement

• Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science, Info Technology or related subjects
• Minimum 3+ years experience in Oracle DBA  and knowledge in SQL statement
• Certified in OCA or OCP
• Knowledge in RAC or cluster is better
• Knowledge in MongoDB and PostgreSQL takes advantages
• Good command of English both in written and speaking

6) Solution Manager/Designer

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal and external parties on business solutions design (Mainly on infrastructure)
• Obtain requirement from customer IT/application staffs
• Provide IT solution and cost on both the existing client RFS (Request For Service) or new business
• Provide technical/commercial/general guidance to solution team member
• Involve in Technical Design Authority (TDA) activities to bring value to existing managed operations services such that to create more business opportunities for all clients
• Pre-sales support on IT solution

Requirements:

• Degree or above in IT or any relevant disciplines
• Minimum 6 years' of relevant working experience, with 3 years' experience in IT consultant role is a must
• Familiar with IT solution technologies (e.g. Virtualization, SAN technology and etc)
• Solid experience in enterprise IT infrastructure (e.g. Windows, RedHat Linux, UNIX, AS400, hyper-v, VMware, SAN storage, Network)
• Solid experience to deal with clients, getting requirements from business users and/or senior IT management
• Solid experience to design Virtualization (VMware, hyper-v, Xen server) solution
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

7)  Services Desk Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle requests from users and customers
• Ensure requests for assistance are properly logged, assigned and responded in a timely manner and according to standard procedure
• Ensure adherence to escalation procedures
• Provide feedback on daily activities in order to help monitor the quality of service
• Assist in developing of service improvement plans

Requirements:

• HKAL/ HKDSE or above with 3 years working experience in the IT industry/ Customer Service
• Certification in ITIL or ISO2000 an advantage
• Experience in incident, problem and change management is preferable
