Responsibilities 

• Manage the system/application production environment and the team to ensure stability, security and availability;
• Lead the implementation of the IT Service Management operating model;
• Develop and maintain the system/application roadmap with industry best practice and to meet BU owners’ requirements;
• Collaborate with PMO and Development Team on application-related project implementation and ongoing operational support;
• Adhere to Group IT Policies and Procedures and further enhance the related policy, procedure and process for production management;
• Drive for continuous service improvement.

Requirements 

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent discipline;
• At least 8 years working experience on system/application support in Banking & Finance industry, of which 3 years in a team lead or managerial role;
• Expert knowledge and hands-on experience on ITIL or similar IT Service Management processes;
• Foreign Exchange trading application and SAP basis working experience is beneficial;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Self- motivated and result oriented with excellent interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently or with the team under pressure and manage multi-tasks simultaneously.
