Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities from the assigned customer segment.
• Take the initiative to communicate with Engineering team to discuss specification request.
• Organize and execute daily sales activities to achieve personal sales plan.
• Qualify prospects to confirm ability to purchase and understand network requirements.
• Handle end user customer service issues.
• Handle all business and project inquiries.
• Support sales team to achieve company goals.
• Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and customers.

Requirements:

• University graduates in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2-year experience in IT profession roles such as Technical sales/pre-sales or Technical Support
• Experience in IT Server, Network or ICT Infrastructure is a must.
• With Technical Experience in Data Centre and Carrier’s network will be a great plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Open to learn new telecom and networking product knowledge
• Self-starter, highly self-motivated and independent
• Committed to achieving target
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Technical Sales Manager
