Responsibilities:

• Lead the BA team to understand and collect the business needs & opportunities, and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Take a key role in coordinating with different stakeholders to collect and define requirements for new and/or enhanced services
• Establish Business Requirement Specification Document and advise business solutions with consideration of technical capability, budget and timeline
• Work independently with users to define concepts under the direction of Project Manager as required
• Ensure smooth interface among systems and develop proof of concepts of solutions
• Participate in the project development lifecycle to ensure all deliverable meet the business objectives
• Maintain proper documentation and provide guidance to the team

Requirements:

• Degree in Information System, Computer Science, Business Administrations or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in IT, including 5 years’ experience in a BA role
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead cross functional departments in requirements sessions
• Proven analytical, communication and prioritizing skills
• Certificate of Scrum master and project management preferred
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and spoken Chinese (including Mandarin)
