Job Responsibilities:

• Understand business needs and requirements, steer development and delivery of IT solution towards fulfilling the business objectives
• Lead the team to manage and implement systems development activities, and review deliverable regularly
• Lead system integration project, manage in-house IT Infrastructure including networks, servers, mobile devises and POS systems etc.
• Enforce global IT security framework to timely report and escalate technical and governance issues
• Provide technical advises to facilitate planning and implementation of IT projects as necessary 

Job Requirements:

• University degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• With strong technical knowledge in IT Infrastructure and Cloud environment, with solid experience in managing of infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge on latest technology and innovations to address security issues
• PMP / ITIL / CISA / CISSP certification is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken in English & Chinese
